How we work

\n

Reach tangible returns at every step

\n

Each step delivers value and stands on its own. Measurement shows where the next opportunity lies, and you decide when and where you move. Rebuild immediately, improve iteratively, or set a long-term vision.

Built with you

We work alongside your team at every stage. Discovery happens together, the vision belongs to you, and the people who will use each system help shape it.

Shared vision

Leaders and teams agree what the business could become before anything is built.

Your pace

Wholesale change, iterative improvement or a longer-term programme, decided by you at each step.

Evidence-led decisions

Each cycle starts from measured results, so investment follows what is working.

The cycle

Discover sets the direction once. Design through Adjust then repeat, each cycle reaching a working state before the next begins.

Govern is a continuous ring: ownership, controls and oversight run alongside every stage, from the first agent to the last. Adjust feeds back into Design, so every cycle starts with evidence.

Start here

Discover

Stakeholder interviews, an audit of your systems, data and current AI use, and a map of the opportunities.

You get: An agreed vision and a signed-off blueprint.

01

Design

Map how work happens today, then decide where AI, automation, custom apps or people fit best, including where humans approve.

You get: Future-state workflows and a prioritised build plan.

02

Build

Agents, CRM configuration, custom apps and integrations, built in version-controlled pipelines and tested before launch.

You get: Working systems at a stable working state.

03

Adopt

Training, playbooks, custom knowledge base articles and hands-on support while new habits form.

You get: Teams using new ways of working with confidence.

04

Measure

Outcomes tracked against the baseline, alongside adoption and agent performance.

You get: A scorecard showing movement each quarter.

05

Adjust

Optimise what works, retire what does not, and prioritise new pilots and opportunities.

You get: A refreshed plan for the next cycle.

Working states, with no finish line

Technology now changes every few months, so a fixed end date works against you. Each cycle reaches a working state: a point where the change delivers real value and is stable enough to rely on. From there you can pause, continue or change direction.

Value at every step

Each working state pays its way, so progress never depends on a distant launch date.

Agility as an advantage

Regular cycles let you adopt new capabilities as they arrive.

No open-ended commitment

After the first 12 weeks you decide whether to continue, quarter by quarter.

The maturity model

We plot your business honestly across six areas, then track movement every quarter. The Fly Index gives you a first reading in minutes.

1

Fragmented

Disconnected tools, with spreadsheets filling the gaps.

2

Connected

Core systems integrated, with processes still largely manual.

3

Systemised

Automated end to end, with trusted data.

4

Augmented

AI assists people inside their daily workflows.

5

AI-native

Agents run processes, with human oversight.

Measured across: Sales, Marketing, Customer service, Operations, Data foundations and AI governance.

Governance for agents

Agents act on your behalf, so they need the same clarity as any member of staff: a defined role, limits and someone accountable. Our approach is informed by Australia's Guidance for AI Adoption, ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and the OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications. [Confirm framework references]

Four levels of autonomy

TIER 1Draft

The agent prepares work for a person to review.

TIER 2Recommend

The agent proposes an action and a person decides.

TIER 3Act with approval

The agent acts once a named person approves.

TIER 4Act independently

The agent acts within set limits, monitored continuously.

Promoted on evidence

Agent register

Every agent has a name, a business owner, a purpose and its own scoped permissions.

Threat model before launch

Each agent is assessed against known agentic risks before it goes live.

Technical controls

Approval gates, action logging, spending limits and a tested way to switch an agent off.

Live monitoring

Error rates, human overrides, escalations and running costs, reviewed every quarter.

People prepared

Clear disclosure where agents are used, and training so teams supervise agents well.

Earned autonomy

Agents move up a tier only on evidence from testing and real performance.

Questions leaders ask first

The four questions that come up in almost every first conversation, answered upfront.

Where does our data go?

Your system of record stays the single home for your data. We work inside your platforms as authorised users with the least access needed, and remove that access when an engagement ends. Where a tool needs a working copy of data, we agree where it is held before anything is built. [Confirm data handling specifics]

Will this replace our people?

The aim is to give people back the hours lost to re-keying, chasing and checking, so they can focus on work that needs judgement. Roles and human approval points are designed with your team during the Design stage.

What will it cost to run?

Running costs are estimated at realistic volumes during Design, before anything is built. Every agent then has spending limits, and costs are reviewed each quarter alongside results.

What happens when AI gets something wrong?

Every agent has a defined autonomy tier. Anything consequential waits for a person to approve, every action is logged, and each agent can be switched off immediately.

Built to our 5-S standard

Five commitments applied to every system, agent and app we build, so the change holds up long after launch.

S1

Sustainability

Videos and custom guides, so your team can make changes with confidence. [Verify library size]

S2

Scalability

Modular systems you can adapt and extend as you grow.

S3

Sovereignty

You own your stack, your data and your agents, with the option to replace vendors or platforms if needed.

S4

Stability

Built properly, for dependable performance and lower running costs.

S5

Security

Risks assessed, controls in place and every agent governed.
